MEDICAL SERVICES

HOPE Family Health primary care providers apply a team approach to medical care. Our team of providers are made up of family practitioners including doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants – medical experts who see you on a regular basis for wellness check-ups and get to know you over a period of several years or even decades. Our providers treat minor medical problems like  helping patients with chronic, but manageable conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. We are often the first to notice signs of a more serious illness or condition because we provide continuity of care by seeing patients on a regular basis for many years and noting changes in the patient’s health status from one year to the next. HOPE is proud to announce that x-ray is at our Westmoreland Health Center location. Mammography is coming soon.
