About HOPE

HOPE Family Health was founded in 2005 with the mission of providing affordable healthcare to all regardless of insurance status and ability to pay. HOPE is the only faith-based, nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center of its kind located in Sumner and Macon counties of Tennessee. HOPE Family Health integrates medical health, mental health and has a pharmacy conveniently located under one roof. Our unique approach to healthcare has brought HOPE to thousands of patients.

HOPE Family Health seeks to improve access to medical and mental healthcare in rural areas, with an emphasis on vulnerable populations such as the uninsured, underinsured, poor, homeless, children, migrant workers, and those addicted to substances. We seek to restore dignity, faith, HOPE, and health in those we serve by making them partners in the healing process and providing them with loving, compassionate care.

Our Vision

In 2005, HOPE Family Health founders envisioned a health center that would never turn a patient away based on insurance status or ability to pay. HOPE is grateful to be able to offer programs and support to help our patients access affordable care.
