OPEN POSITIONS

Behavioral Health Therapist

Front Office Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:  A full-time licensed behavioral health provider to include LMFT, LCSW, LPC/MHSP and supervised LMSW who provides behavioral health counseling to HOPE patients.  This position will assess clients and provide them treatment utilizing a variety of evidence-based counseling or therapy techniques to help guide and support optimal health functioning in each client’s life.  The program serves predominantly clients who exhibit symptoms of behavioral health disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and general mental health concerns, as well as persons who exhibit symptoms of substance use disorders.

JOB SUMMARY:  Utilizing excellent customer services skills, the Front Office Coordinator oversees the activities of the front office at the health center to ensure compassionate and professional care for patients and effective and efficient front office workflow. As the operations of the health center impacts the overall patient experience at HOPE, this role is an integral part of improving processes. The Front Office Coordinator functions as a receptionist, oversees health center operational processes (registration, intake, medical records requests, scheduling, etc.) at their assigned site, coordinates patient flow, and manages the health center facility and IT needs.

Bilingual Patient Navigator 

JOB SUMMARY:  The Medical Interpreter/Bilingual Navigator facilitates communication between parties who speak two different languages.  They do this by interpreting, translating, and re-communicating both verbal and written messages from one language into another.  The Medical Interpreter/Bilingual Navigator at HOPE Family Health is the Hispanic Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Patients’ Navigator, spokesperson, and mouthpiece.  They meet with each patient of Limited English Proficiency and introduce them to HOPE’s many patient-centered programs, services, and staff members.   They are responsible for providing culturally and linguistically appropriate outreach and engagement of the LEP patient population while increasing retention of existing patients.   

Pharmacy Technician

JOB SUMMARY:  The Pharmacy Technician is a vital member of the pharmacy team, providing essential support to pharmacists in the delivery of safe and effective pharmaceutical care. This position involves various responsibilities, including medication preparation, inventory management, customer service, and administrative tasks. The Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate prescription processing, promoting medication safety, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Patient Services Representative

JOB SUMMARY:  Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and accounts.

Behavioral Health Services Manager

JOB SUMMARY:  The Behavioral Health Services Manager plays a key role in supporting HOPE’s integrated care model by helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health (BH) department. This position provides direct supervision to BH nurses, medical assistants, and other support roles within the department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The Manager also serves as a vital administrative partner to the Director of Behavioral Health, offering clerical, programmatic, and operational support to help drive departmental goals, improve workflows, and maintain compliance with FQHC standards.
