Founded in 2004 with the mission of providing affordable healthcare for all regardless of insurance status, Hope Family Health Services is the only faith-based, non-profit clinic of its kind in Macon County.

Open five days a week, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the clinic offers primary healthcare, laboratory services, and assistance with medication on a sliding-scale basis.

Services provided include, but are not limited to, sick exams, well-child exams, adult annual physicals, chronic disease management, family planning, care of injuries, preventive medicine, and simple office procedures.

A discounted sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance, or those whose insurance has a high deductible. Applications are available at check-in.

Consistent with the goal of treating the whole person, providers address spiritual, emotional and physical needs when developing a plan of care.

Hope Family Health Services currently accepts the following health plans: BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Medicare, Humana, Windsor, and most other commercial insurance plans. We regret that we are unable to accept Healthspring, United Healthcare Community Plan, and Amerigroup.

Lowe Opens Practice in Indian Lake.

Melanie Lowe, RN, APN, left Hope Clinic in April of 2010 to open her own private practice in Indian Lake. Melanie joined Hope's staff in 2008, where she immediately found her niche caring for Hope's patients with diabetes. We encourage our patients in need of diabetes care to continue to see her in her Indian Lake Office. Take a look at her new practice, or call her at 615-324-1616 to schedule an appointment.
